Danny Walker of Pyschopomp Distillery in Bristol (who make our Kojin) will be joining us for a six course menu paired with Kojin cocktails by Dan Morgan, Cheltenham Bartender of the Year. Tickets available here.
Koj returned to his pop up roots in a collaboration with Tokyo Tattoo Studios. He designed a 5 course menu celebrating popular Japanese street food, served in small sittings in the showroom of Kitchens by L’una Design.
Koj will demonstrating his signature vegan dish ‘spicy peanut miso aubergine’ in association with Clearspring at HyperJapan at Olympia in London.

Koj was asked to join a select group of Japanese chefs to serve canapes to over 200 guests at a reception hosted by the Japanese Ambassador to the UK, Mr Koji Tsuruoka, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the International Grains Council. Read more here.
