Booking policy

All guests are given a courtesy call the day before to reconfirm your booking. We offer this service as we know how busy life can be and your booking is important to us.

All tables are held for 15 minutes post your booking time before being released to waiting diners unless we have heard from you and are able to accommodate the length of your delay.

Due to the size of our restaurant for bookings over 8 we ask for a £10 per head deposit on confirmation.  This is refundable with 7 days notice, 50% at 5 days and non-refundable less than 3 days prior to your reservation.

If you need to amend a booking or have to cancel please try and let us know in good time where possible. We will always treat each booking with confidentiality and on a case-by-case basis.
