PAYMENT POLICY

We do not accept cash or American Express (the processing costs are too high). We accept MasterCard and VISA debit and credit cards.

PRE THEATRE BOOKINGS

The Everyman Theatre is a 20 second walk away. Theatre goers can choose and pay for their menu in advance via our online booking system to ensure a speedy service.

LARGE GROUPS

We can accommodate parties of 7 or more, but require a deposit. The full menu is available at a fixed price but we ask you to pre-order your menu choices in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our restaurant is small. No shows have a significant impact on our financial viability as a business. We require a card authentication to confirm your booking. Please notify us of a cancellation or any changes at least 24 hours prior to your booking. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any bookings cancelled or changed within this 24 hour notice period. This fee helps compensate for loss of revenue and costs incurred in allocating staff and food to your booking.

If you are running late, please let us know so that we can avoid any impact on our other guests, If we do not hear from you within 5 minutes of your reservation time, we will release your table to other diners and reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee if we are unable to fill the vacancy.
